Problem with Internet Explorer?

It has come to my attention that some people are having problems downloading files from this website; that they are receiving an error message that the file is corrupted or invalid. After some investigating, it seems that there is a problem with the compatibilty of this website (Joomla Software) and Internet Explorer (IE). IE will view the site fine, but for some reason it does not download the files correctly.

I have tried many things to correct the issue but to no avail yet. So unfortunately the answer is that if you are having problems downloading files with IE then you will need to use and use Mozilla Firefox (which is free) as a browser to view the site:

Another option is to get a .zip file archive program. Apparnetly Win RAR works well with IE, but you have to be sure to associate Win RAR with .zip file extensions.
